Hundred pushups, Week 2, Day 3
Written by admin on July 2, 2008 – 11:30 pm -Still managed to get through my workout tonight. Week 2, Day 3, Column 2: 10, 10, 8, 8, max = 15, for a total of 51 pushups.
On Friday I’ll do the exhaustion test to see which column I start in for Week 3.

nice job - i do day three this friday… did day two today with a max of 16.. my best yet!
